Firm branding
BetaStore your logo and two brand colours. Today they reach your transactional email, not your exported reports.
Plan availability. Branding configuration is stored but this is not switched on in any of our four published plans — Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise all have it off — so a subscription will not unlock it. It has to be enabled for your organisation by arrangement. Ask us before you plan around it.
- ✓Logo and favicon stored per organisation
- ✓Primary and accent colour — two values, not a palette
- ✓Applied to transactional email
- ✓Not applied to PDF or DOCX exports
What it is.
You can store a logo, a favicon, a primary colour and an accent colour against your organisation. The one place they are currently applied is transactional email, where your logo replaces ours.
Exported documents are not branded. The redline export, the risk report and the analysis exports all carry LexVio's own header, colours and footer, and none of them read your brand configuration. There is no footer-text field, no per-export toggle, and no way to remove the LexVio attribution from an export. The page used to promise all of that; it should not have.
Three steps.
End to end.
Logo, favicon, primary colour, accent colour.
Transactional email to your users carries your logo.
PDF and DOCX exports use LexVio's own styling today. That is the gap.
What you get.
- ✓Logo and favicon stored per organisation
- ✓Primary and accent colour — two values, not a palette
- ✓Applied to transactional email
- ✓Not applied to PDF or DOCX exports
- ✓No footer text, no per-export-type toggle, no attribution removal
Quick answers.
Not yet. Exports carry LexVio branding regardless of what you have configured. If white-labelled deliverables are the reason you are looking at this, it is not there.
More in Team & Enterprise.
Not built. The organisation is the isolation boundary; matters are how work is grouped inside it.
Four seeded roles with per-capability view / add / edit / delete permissions, plus custom roles you define.
Shared editing sessions on a document, and a propose-review-merge flow for changes to it.
Group contracts, research, obligations, meetings and tasks by matter — with a timeline of everything that happened on it.
