Nexus — Clause coverage map
LiveHow many of your contracts carry each clause type, and which ones are missing it.
- ✓Per-clause-type rollup — expected, present, missing, coverage percentage
- ✓A sample of the contracts missing each clause type, to start triage from
- ✓Per-contract missing-clause list, with dismiss, on any individual contract
- ✓Clause types come from tagging applied automatically at ingest
What it is.
A coverage rollup across your portfolio that answers: "how many of our contracts have an arbitration clause, and which ones don't?" For each clause type it returns the number of contracts expected to carry it, the number that do, the number that don't, and a coverage percentage.
Each row also carries a sample of the contract IDs that are missing that clause, so triage starts from a concrete list rather than a number. For the full missing-clause list on one contract, open that contract's own missing-clause view.
Three steps.
End to end.
Nexus reads the clause tags applied to your contracts at ingest and rolls them up by clause type.
Per clause type: expected, present, missing, and coverage percentage across the scope.
Each row carries a sample of the contracts missing that clause. Open one to see its full missing-clause list.

Quick answers.
Not today. It is a one-dimensional rollup per clause type with a sample of the missing contracts — enough to find the gaps, not enough to render a full matrix of every document against every clause.
Coverage has two states: present or missing. Whether a clause that is present is unusual is a different question, answered by clause benchmarking and by the risk report's per-clause verdict.
No. There is no time series on clause coverage. The Legal Health Score is the trend-tracked measure.
