Bulk contract analysis
LiveUpload a ZIP of contracts and run the full analysis across all of them in one job.
- ✓ZIP upload — up to 200 files, 500 MB per archive
- ✓Full risk analysis per document, not a shallow pass
- ✓Per-member virus scan, zip-bomb and zip-slip guards
- ✓Processed documents land in the vault and become searchable in Nexus
What it is.
For due diligence, vendor audits, lease portfolios, and any other situation where you need the same analysis across a large set of documents. Upload a ZIP and every member goes through the same pipeline a single upload would: virus scan, extraction, clause parsing, risk scoring.
Because they go through the normal ingest path, the documents land in your vault and become searchable in Nexus like anything else you upload. Progress is polled while the job runs, and per-file failures are counted so you can see what did not parse.
Three steps.
End to end.
Up to 200 files and 500 MB per archive. Each member is virus-scanned and guarded against zip-bomb and path-traversal tricks.
Three documents are processed concurrently through the full analysis pipeline, under your organisation's daily AI cost cap.
Poll the job for a completion percentage and per-file success and failure counts. Cancel a running job at any point.

Not today. A bulk job runs the standard contract analysis on each document; there is no per-job custom prompt. For a one-off question across many documents, use Nexus Ask.
No. Job results are read through the API and the app; there is no results export endpoint.
They are counted as failures on the job so you can see how many did not make it. There is no re-process or skip queue — re-upload the ones that failed.

Three-tier extraction cascade so PDF, DOCX and scanned contracts all work — one accept list for every upload door, and a report page that says which step the analysis is on.
Red, amber, or green for every clause, with an explanation and confidence score.
One organisation-wide number, 0-100, from the parts of your legal position the product can actually read — and "not assessed" for the parts it cannot.
Reads the governing-law clause before deciding which law a contract is analysed under — and treats "unknown" as an answer.
