Key facts
- ✓A self-hosted deployment on your own Kubernetes is scoped per engagement — the chart exists, the install is not a self-serve option, and an air-gapped install forgoes every feature that needs a model — analysis, drafting, meeting transcription and statute verification — because each reaches a cloud vendor and there is no local model path yet.
- ✓Seats and quota are set per agreement, with role-based access control. SCIM provisioning is built but is not switched on in any published plan; SAML sign-in is not shipped at all. Ask us where both stand before you plan a rollout around them.
- ✓Documents are stored with server-side encryption and moved over TLS. Storage is in AWS ap-south-1 and model inference is processed by disclosed sub-processors in the United States — see the DPA for the transfer position.
- ✓SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on the roadmap, not certified today — see current status.
- ✓Legal AI, Compliance AI, and Workflow Agents can be deployed together as a multi-module rollout.
- ✓Access policies (IP allowlist, platforms, session lifetime) are enforced on every request, and AI Administration lets you lower the model ceiling, switch AI features off and cap daily spend. Multi-factor authentication can be recorded as a policy but is not enforced yet.

How does LexVio secure enterprise data?
Documents are stored with server-side encryption in AWS ap-south-1 and moved over TLS; every action is written to an append-only audit log. SOC 2 controls are mapped and evidenced in-product but not yet audited, and ISO 27001 is not certified — see /trust for current status.
Does LexVio support SSO and role-based access?
Role-based access, yes. SCIM provisioning from Okta or Entra ID is built and is switched on per enterprise agreement. SAML single sign-on is at the connector set-up stage — you can configure your IdP, but signing in through it is still in progress. Ask us where it stands before you plan a rollout around it.
Can we deploy more than one module?
Yes. Enterprises can deploy Legal AI, Compliance AI, and Workflow Agents together as a multi-module rollout.
