Solutions / Financial Institutions
Contracts, vendors and privacy, with the evidence kept.
Financial institutions.
Review investment-management, custody and vendor contracts against their governing law, onboard vendors with a tiered compliance checklist, run a privacy programme under the data protection laws you are subject to, and keep every decision on an append-only record.
Key facts
- ✓Procurement Hub tiers a vendor from its category, spend and jurisdiction and generates the checklist that tier needs — DPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, sanctions screening and more.
- ✓Privacy & Data Protection runs a programme under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and eleven more laws; every pack is drafted and not yet counsel-reviewed, and the product says so.
- ✓Audit readiness assesses the SOC 2 control set against your own policies — a readiness check, not an audit.
- ✓AI Administration lets you lower the model ceiling, switch AI features off and cap daily spend.
- ✓LexVio does not monitor regulators or keep a statutory filing calendar on this product.

Frequently asked questions
Does LexVio monitor financial regulators?
No. There is no regulator feed or filing calendar on this product. What it does is review your contracts, run your vendor onboarding and privacy programme, and keep the evidence.
Can we restrict who and where people sign in from?
Yes. Access policies set an IP allowlist, the platforms allowed, the session lifetime and a device limit, and they are checked on every request. Multi-factor authentication can be recorded as a policy but is not enforced yet.
Can LexVio handle both contracts and compliance?
Yes. Contract review, obligations, vendor onboarding and the privacy programme share one record, so a vendor, its contracts and its DPA review sit together.
