Nexus — Knowledge graph
BetaTwo graphs over your portfolio — a clause/counterparty knowledge graph, and the document chain from MSA to SOW to amendment.
- ✓Contract, counterparty, matter and clause nodes with ten typed edge kinds
- ✓One-hop neighbour queries over the knowledge graph
- ✓Contract-relationship chain — parent_of, sow_of, amends, supersedes, related_to
- ✓Two-level neighbourhood tree around any contract
What it is.
The legal knowledge graph holds contract, counterparty, matter and clause nodes joined by typed edges — applies_to, pairs_with, references, superseded_by, precedent_for, fallback_for, conflicts_with, triggers_regulation, escalates_to, fails_with_counterparty. You query it one hop at a time: ask for a node's neighbours and get everything it connects to, with the edge type on each.
Alongside it, the contract-relationship layer records the structural chain between documents — parent_of, sow_of, amends, supersedes, related_to — and returns a two-level neighbourhood tree. That is the one to reach for when you need "what is the contractual chain on this transaction?"
Three steps.
End to end.
A clause, a counterparty, a matter, or a contract.
Everything connected to it, each edge labelled with its relationship type.
For structure — MSA to SOW to amendment — use the contract-relationship tree, which returns two levels around the contract you start from.

- ✓Knowledge-graph edges populated from redline sessions on a nightly job
Quick answers.
No. Knowledge-graph edges are populated from completed redline sessions by a nightly job (or on demand for a specific session), and contract relationships are created by you. Uploading a contract does not by itself add it to either graph.
No. Both surfaces return data, not a rendered diagram — there is no PNG or PDF export of a graph view.
No. Those two edge types do not exist. The ten that do are listed above.
