What it is.
Five reports are computed when you open them: compliance, clients, matters, research and legal operations, over a period in your own local days. Every KPI carries a sentence saying what it counts, and a median or percentile over too few rows is left empty with the reason rather than shown as a number.
The custom builder lets you choose a source, columns, filters, one group-by and a sort, from a fixed list per source; what you type reaches the query only as a value. Save a report definition to run again. Every report downloads as CSV with the same data you see.
