Shared document links
LivePer-document share links with an expiry, a view cap, granular permissions, and recipient-tagged watermarking.
- ✓Expiry from 1 to 365 days, defaulting to 14
- ✓Optional maximum view count per link
- ✓Separate permissions for download, risk report and summary
- ✓Recipient-tagged diagonal watermark on shared PDFs
What it is.
Send a document to a counterparty or external advisor without putting it on a file-sharing service. Each link carries an expiry from one day up to a year, an optional maximum view count, and separate switches for whether the recipient may download the file, see the risk report, and see the summary.
Turn watermarking on and every page of a shared PDF is stamped with the recipient's name or email, so a leaked copy points back at the share it came from. Revoke a link at any time and it starts returning gone rather than the document.
Three steps.
End to end.
Share any contract in your vault.
Expiry in days, an optional view cap, and per-link permissions for download, risk report and summary.
Send the link. Revoke it whenever you like — the portal then returns gone rather than the file.

Quick answers.
No. Link secrecy plus the expiry, view cap and revocation are the controls; there is no separate passphrase.
Not a per-view log. Each link carries a view count and a last-viewed timestamp — enough to see that it was opened and roughly when, not a record of each individual access with an IP address.
No. Watermarking applies to PDFs; other file types are served unmodified.
