What it is.
Keep your firm's templates in one place, scoped to your organisation. Each carries version snapshots with change notes, a unified diff between versions and restore. Templates are parameterised: fill the placeholders — parties, consideration, term — and export to Word, or hand the draft to Vio for review.
Generate a new template from a brief. Intake runs first: what the brief states is drafted exactly, and what it leaves open becomes a placeholder and a drafting note rather than a choice made for you. The draft is grounded in your house style, your own clauses and precedents, and the applicable-law context for the governing law you name — or a jurisdiction-neutral context when you name none. A verifier checklist runs on every generated draft. LexVio does not ship a library of its own starting drafts on this product.
Three steps.
End to end.
Open one of your firm's templates, or describe the document you need and let the drafting studio generate it.
Parties, addresses, consideration, governing law, term. Anything the brief left open stays a visible placeholder.
Output drops into Vio. Treat it like any other contract: review, redline, share.

Quick answers.
Yes — admins can upload firm-specific templates, scoped to your organisation. Templates carry version snapshots with change notes, a unified diff between versions, and restore.
No. If the brief does not name one, the draft keeps a placeholder, and the verifier flags a draft that names a law anyway.
More in Drafting & Redlining.
AI-generated replacement language for every flagged clause.
Produce a redlined Word document ready to send to counterparties.
Say what you need; LexVio turns it into a drafting brief, asks for what is missing, and drafts only when the brief is complete.
Tell the editor what to change; it proposes edits against the exact text, you accept or reject, and a snapshot becomes a new version.
